For freight shipments (i.e., on a pallet), note any damage, defects, or other issues on the delivery driver's receipt. Failure to note these on the paperwork will result in rejected claims. Incorrect Item(s) If you received an incorrect item, please contact us at quote@museumboxes.com with the original order number and details of the error for prompt resolution. Packing and Mailing Authorized Returns Carefully package items as they were when sent to you. We cannot refund or replace items damaged in transit back to us. We recommend insuring and tracking return shipments. Retain all packaging materials and return items in their original boxes with sufficient packing material. If the original packaging was damaged, use a similar box for the return. Include the return authorization email in the box and write the return authorization number on the outside of the box to expedite processing. Use FedEx or UPS for return shipments.
